Following an urgent application by NatRoad with the support of the Australian Trucking Association, the Federal Court in Brisbane has granted a stay of the Contractor Driver Minimum Payments Road Safety Remuneration Order that was due to commence operation on Monday 4 April 2016.



This means that the Contractor Driver Minimum Payments RSRO that was to apply to tens of thousands of contractor drivers across Australia from 4 April will not commence until further order of the Court.
