On 8 August the Full Federal Court will hear the eagerly anticipated matter on the application of the Road User Charge to toll roads. This is the most significant case on the operation of the Fuel Tax Credit system since the earlier Linfox test case on the treatment of fuel used in auxiliary equipment on heavy vehicles.
