The Volvo ATA Safety Truck is heading north to feature in a Youth Driver Safety Expo in Hervey Bay, QLD.

The expo is an opportunity for the ATA to showcase the Safety Truck and encourage young road users to share the road safely with trucks. 

Neil Wark of Richers Transport has come on board to drive the truck and spent some time with TruckSafe Executive Officer Kevin Walsh to get familiar with the program before hitting the road. As the Safety Truck is TruckSafe accredited, it’s important all drivers are compliant and familiar with the standards.

Following Hervey Bay, the Safety Truck will head to the Brisbane Careers and Employment Expo (May 11-12) and the Adelaide Careers and Employment Expo (May 25-26).
