1. ATA will collect, store and handle personal information about survey participants (including full name and email) in accordance with ATA’s privacy policy, the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APP).

2. Personal information collected from survey participants may be used for the purposes for which it is being collected including: 

a)     collating feedback responses for the Heavy Vehicle National Law review

b)     analysis of feedback for evaluation purposes. 

3. Personal information may also be kept on file by ATA and Big Rigs for marketing purposes. You may be contacted by email, SMS/MMS, mail, social media and telephone.
