The Cummins South Pacific Scholarships award three people each year to attend Trucking Australia to share their suggestions on how to improve safety or business viability in the trucking industry.
The competition is open to all Australian trucking operators and their employees
To enter tell us in 100 words or less what you think could be done to improve safety or business viability in the trucking industry and what you would bring to the table at Trucking Australia and the conference theme.
The three best entries will recieve a trip to Trucking Australia to share their ideas, including:
- one full delegate registration;
- three nights’ standard accomadation at an appropriate hotel
- one return economy air fare to Darwin from any Australian capital city
Entries must be submitted via email by 5pm Canberra time on 31 May 2017 and will be judged by the experts at Cummins South Pacific.
The winners will be announced in the ATA’s Friday Facts newsletter on 9 June 2017.

Terms and conditions
Entrants must own, or be employed by, a trucking business in Australia.
ATA directors and staff are not eligible to enter.
Each prize includes: three (3) nights’ accommodation for Wednesday 21 June, Thursday 22 June and Friday 23 June 2017 an appropriate hotel; one (1) full delegate registration to Trucking Australia 2017; and one (1) return economy airfare to Darwin from any Australian capital city.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Any additional expenses are at the hosted delegates’ expense.
Entries will be judged by the experts at Cummins. Winning entries will be selected based on skill. This not a game of chance. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
